Post your conceptualisation of your Dream Home using Grihamantra’s KNOW-YOUR-DREAM-HOME tool. Shall start with our Architect and Engineer’s visit to your plot and have preliminary discussion. This will be Day 1 of 30 Day timeline
Our Grihamantra’s team shall schedule for a virtual meeting on DAY 7 with you and your family members in order to present & explain about the concept and design in detail.
After incorporating your recommendations, the design along with more detailed drawings such as Site plan, Floor plan sections, Joinery and Working drawings shall be presented.
The final design and improved detailed drawing such as Elevation, Landscape, Paving, Compound wall, Gate detail, Hand rail and Grill design shall be presented.

How will you design my home?
We’ll start by understanding your idea of a dream home and your unique requirements using our proprietary tool, Know-Your-Dream-Home. Then we’ll pay you a visit, get to know your plot and surroundings and then get started on the design. Our architects will breathe life into your dream home and present it to you within thirty days.
Will I be able to make recommendations / modifications in the design that you present?
Of course. Any recommendation or modification that will add value in terms of space utilization, convenience or aesthetics will be welcome.
What will be the deliverables from GrihaMantra?
In 30 days, we will hand over the following:
- Architectural Design + Elevation (Including drawings for approval)
- Structural Design
- Electrical Design
- Plumbing Design
- Detailed Estimate
